Humble Beginnings in 1985 as a Small-Scale Enterprise, housed in a 5000 Sq. Ft. Building,
on a 1-acre plot, with just 2 die casting machines, to supply raw castings.
The company has had an impressive growth since its inception. Both backward & forward integration have helped the company grow at a blistering pace above industry average growth rate over the years.
Today, the company is a respected name in the Auto Component industry, both in the Domestic and Export markets. Supplies many critical machined aluminum die casting parts.

Incorporation of CHAMUNDI DIE CAST (now Unit 1) and start of construction of Factory

Difficult time due very limited orders / company managed to stay alive with great difficulty
New orders from BOSCH (then MICO) received and were very successfully executed, which lead to getting more orders and with which existing capacity was filled up
Company undertook first expansion, were additional Shop floor space was created and additional die casting machines were added
Hectic production with addition of many new die casting machines and other support equipment like shot blasting, vibro-finishing machines etc.
Quality Management Certification for ISO:9001 by S.G.S.
Purchase of additional Half Acre of adjacent land from KAIDB for future expansion. Quality Management System Certification upgraded for TS: 16949 by Ms. D.N.V.
Start of In-House TOOL ROOM for manufacture of tooling's.
